Sally Dankas has been a member of the Bootsoft team for almost four years and in that time has worn more hats than I can count. She is the one who makes the trains run on time, ensures we all get paid and we all get fed, listens to concerns and kudos, reminds us to celebrate each other and our shared victories, makes sure the space we occupy is as pleasant as can be, throws parties, holds hands and pats backs, dots i’s and crosses t’s, and greets the world as it beats down our door. She does it all with a smile. And she makes sure it gets done across three continents and two timezones.
This past year she has pushed us forward in revamping many of our processes, including reviews and internal communications. She most recently managed a smooth transitions of PEO‘s and a refresh of our office space. Oh, and in case I didn’t mention it yet, she nailed it.
